Terms and conditions

Who we are.

Our website address is: www.bowsandbespoke.co.uk.

We are a small family run business with no interest in retaining or gathering customer information for third party uses or transfers.

If we retain your data, we do so safely for order related updates and further contact regarding our services and promotions.

Deposit System.

From time to time we offer a deposit payment scheme for customers to split the cost of items in an affordable structure.

Deposits are 100% non-refundable or transferable.

We offer a deposit system on our site to allow customers to split the cost of their dresses appropriately whilst they are handmade by our team in house. Our set deposit fee is £15. We request the remaining balance 21 days after your order has been placed.

Our system is automated so there is no need to get in touch to clear the balance.

If you would like to clear your balance earlier simply go your the ‘My Account’ section of the website and you can clear the balance here through the orders section.

The deposit system works as follows:

Step 1. You place your order and a £15 deposit is taken

Step 2. Our team get to work on your item

Step 3. 21 days after placing your order you receive an automated email requested the remaining balance

Step 4. Once the balance is paid your item is despatched

Notice of no payment.

Deposits are 100% non-refundable or transferable.

Payment for remaining balances is requested 21 days after you place the order, failure to make this payment within 7 days of it being requested will result in your order being cancelled and this will forfeit your deposit.

We are a small family run business and people not returning to pay the remainder of their balance can really disrupt our flow. Not only this but on many items we only offer a limited number of cuts so it also means someone else potentially misses out.

If you think you are going to struggle to make the payment deadline as outlined above please feel free to contact us.

Fabrics.

We will always aim to beat our outlined turnaround time however fabric availability may at times affect this. So on occasion we may unfortunately run over our turnaround time. We will always try our best to communicate such changes with you.

From time to time, miss-cuts or errors can cause us to fall short on an estimated run on fabrics. This is rare but unfortunately as a handmade clothing company, we are subject to the occasional human error.

Fabrics are always subject to becoming discontinued.

Your order with us.

When you place an order with us here at Bows and Bespoke you create an order request, this differs from a contract of sale. This is also one of the reasons we offer a deposit system for all our customers. We will always endeavour to honour every single order placed on our website, we love making these items for you!

However, there will always be a risk of small variables that can prevent an order being completed such as cutting errors, miss-judging of stock or human errors when orders are placed.

We work so hard to provide an amazing level of service, and feel humbled that so many of you continue to order with us again and again,
